How do I reserve a photo booth?

We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.

I'm having an Open House. How long should I have the photo booth?

Let's chat. I am sure we can come up with a package that will suite your needs.

Is my deposit refundable?

50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

When is the remaining balance due?

2 weeks before your event.

Can I provide my own backdrop/props?

Yes, or course! BIBs (built in backdrops) are organic and often provide the best backdrop. The same with props. If you have items that represent you or your event, then please have them available, they often will mean more to you and your guests than say a viking hat;)

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Free delivery and set up within 25 miles. Each additional mile is charged $0.50. We serve South Lyon and the surrounding cities, including but not limited to New Hudson, Milford, Northville, Brighton, Wixom, Novi, Salem, Howell, Hartland, Ann Arbor, Whitmore Lake, Livonia, Farmington Hills, Walled Lake, and Commerce.

What if my party is outdoors?

So long as the photo booth is 100% covered and is on a solid, concrete-like surface, then no problem. Ideally, an electrical outlet should be within 25 feet, but batteries and generators can be used. We have a tent that can be rented as well.
